Welcome to Orenjie("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orenjie website (orenjie.com), mobile applications, APIs, and associated services. By accessing or using Orenjie, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating an account or browsing Orenjie, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the service.
2. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including Google Sign-In authorizations) and for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Creator Content Restrictions & Guidelines
To maintain a safe, high-quality, and authentic environment, all creators and users publishing content on Orenjie must strictly adhere to the following 5 rules:
- Ownership & Rights: You must own the copyright to your comic, graphics, and story, or possess explicit written authorization to publish it on Orenjie.
- Content Rating Standards: NSFW, sexual, erotic content, revealing clothing, and content that promotes or glorifies alcoholism or illegal substance abuse are strictly prohibited.
- Zero Discrimination: Racist content, hate speech, slurs, harassment, and discrimination of any kind are strictly forbidden.
- No Copyright Violations: Stolen art, copied comics, trace overs, unauthorized fan content, and copyright infringements are not allowed.
- Strict AI Prohibition: AI-generated content is completely prohibited on Orenjie. Every episode must be 100% human-created and human-approved.
4. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing
Creator Ownership: Creators retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in their original webcomics and artwork uploaded to Orenjie.
Platform License: By submitting or publishing content on Orenjie, creators grant Orenjie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, format, translate, promote, and distribute the content solely for the operation and promotion of the Orenjie platform.
5. Creator Revenue Share & Payouts
Approved creators participating in the Orenjie Creator Program may earn up to 40% of the revenue generated by their comics on the platform. Revenue distribution is subject to creator verification, meeting active publication thresholds, and compliance with these Terms. Orenjie reserves the right to withhold payouts for content that violates copyright or platform policies.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users and visitors agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code from Orenjie.
- Use automated bots, spiders, or scripts to access or overload platform servers.
- Interfere with or compromise system security, authentication mechanisms, or user privacy.
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious scripts.
7. Content Moderation & Account Termination
Orenjie reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, flag, remove, or disable access to any content or account that violates these Terms, creator rules, or applicable legal standards without prior notice. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Orenjie is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Orenjie disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, uptime, server availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orenjie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be published on our platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of Orenjie following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
